My time frame is faithfully between 3-4 weeks. My ortho's pt's go in quite often and suprisingly something is done at every appt. not just a lig change. He is always adding stuff here, taking stuff from there. I'm really glad that they are so close because I see drastic changes everytime I go.

I would be very careful when using Lemon juice as a mouth wash. It is HIGHLY acidic and can very easily eat the lining of your oral mucosa, aka lips cheeks and gums.

I just had my top 2 fronts shaved down 3 weeks ago due to chips. It was a piece a cake and they look great. Unless it is a major chip they shave them (contour) It's painless and fast so no need to worry
