I had braces as a kid but upper only and not lowers like this time round, so i know how to take the upper hawley but not the lower. Ortho watched me put my retainers in but not how to take them out. Had an appoiment yesterday got moulds taken for retainers(did not go to well had a few gags and felt like i was going to chuck up,assistant had to rush to get me a bowl just incase i did, laugh about it now though). Im going to get hawleys upper and lower and maybe a bonded at a later stage. But hey...

Well i cant belive it tucking into a delicous pizza i felt a bracket come off.

This is now my 7th or 8th bracket to have come off in 1 year, seems to be every time i have an appoiment come up (got one on monday) i have a bracket come off.
