only at night

I am finished with 42 trays. For the first many trays I wore them 20+ hours per day. I experimented with less wear time as I went on. For the last three trays, I only wore them at night. I could tell no difference in tooth movement from the 20 hour days to the 8 hour days. Really.

And the green efferdent does not stain. My ortho said that toothpaste could dull the finish making the trays look less clear. ...

I asked my ortho about this. He said that my trays were moving the tooth about 1/3rd mm per tray and that standard braces were much more aggressive than this. I do not yet understand the science behind 2-3 weeks per tray and would appreciate any science that someone could provide. (science = repeata...

I'm at 3-4 days

I'm impatient. For the first two sets of trays, I did 13-14 days. Then I started researching online to see if anyone has accelerated this process. I found one dentist who did 3 days per tray on himself - but he did a proceedure on himself to increase blood flow to the gums. Then I went to 10 days pe...
