Hi Tamsteve, I don't know if they tell you right away at your consultation meeting, but mine did tell me that I will most likely need to wear headgear. He didn't say for sure, but he did throw it out there!

Sorry to keep asking but...do you prepare your rinses everytime right before rinsing? Or do you make a batch and use it through out the day? Kind of a dumb question but I'm curious as to how you all do it, especially you since you rinse 5x a day?
