Well yesterday was the big day. I had the braces removed after a little over two years in them. My ortho has put me in the essix type retainers... so far I hate them, but we shall see how things go! Hey Guys!! I know I havent updated in awhile but there hasnt really been alot goin on with the braces!! I am pretty much used to the daily routine and down to just waiting it out. These braces are a fairly easy adjustment and I think I am doing ok... my next adjustment is oct 10 so maybe we will see...

Is is ever possible to eat crunchy things again?? lol I am craving things like tacos and chips and salsa (mexican is my fav!!) and I am afraid of never feeling comfy enough to eat them!! If you did eventually start eating these things, how long into your treatment did it feel "normal"?
