Have you told your ortho about the space opening between your front teeth? They usually have to adjust the retainer to help close gaps. One of my extraction gaps opened even with retainer wear and my ortho had to adjust the retainer to make it tighter and then the gap closed back up.

My appointment times changed from every six weeks to 4 weeks when I started powerchains. I think he wanted to keep putting fresh chains on to help with extraction gap closings.

Wow, smile2006, your teeth look fabulous. I would never have been able to tell that tooth had been discolored. That picture makes me want to get mine fixed. My dentist did not mention needing to have the bleaching done every 5-7 years, but I will ask him about it the next time I talk to him.
