HAS ANYONE BEEN CHARGED FOR METAL BRACES AFTER SEEING THAT THE RESULTS OF INVISALIGN TREATMENT DIDN'T GO AS PLANNED BY THEIR ORTHO? OR IS THIS FREE OF CHARGE?

Just wondering. I'm on my second set of trays and am beginning to get a little worried about end results. If traditional braces are required after invisalign treatment, are they covered by the ortho, or is that an additional cost?
