I went to the dentist today and I have TWO cavities, one in each of my bottom back molars. They're on the chewing surface of the teeth, too, so it's not like I can blame my molar bands. I'm really upset! I have really good hygiene habits, yet I STILL got two cavities! I've never had cavities before....

I just got my retainers fitted today.

They're all right; don't hurt or anything. This lisp, however, is really annoying me! I'm going to practice reading out loud, and from reading on here I know it will go away in a few days...in the mean time, I feel like crying.

Yes, they do. Some use similar types, but each ortho has his or her own preference.

I'm VERY pleased with it. I have such a small mouth that the teeth going out were the only result I could see working for me.

Hey, I think I'll be in contention as well for one of the last placers! Don't cout me out! 2 years, 7 months as of four days ago. It's been quite strange to see some of the people who got braces AFTER me move on. It's okay, though, it all ends the same.
