After surgery i noticed my lips were crooked. It looked like the sewing back together of my mouth was crooked. As the healing went down i noticed a dent under my lip. Am i botched? Hi any update regarding did the bump go away i have the same issue

I had sliding genioplasty done and have lump under jaw. Im completely confused as to what it could be. Surgeon says scar tissue but im having a hard time believing that it as it feels like bone. Can anyone tell me whos experienced this wat it might be?
