It's been a very long time since I have been on here and posted but after nearly a 17 month sentance my braces are coming off tomorrow. Excited and nervous. Overall I have had no troubles with my braces, just a bit of tenderness for a few days after each adjustment. So all in all it's been worth it....

Ahhh just what I want to hear. I have just had a square wire and powerchain put on bottom today and already they are a bit achy. I still have the lightwire on top. But like you say no pain no gain, I just hope it doesnt last too long, i go on holidays as of friday afternoon.

I cant see your pics. I would really love to see it as I want to see what the wire ties look like compared to ligs as my ortho has offered to put wire ties on at my first adjustment to avoid staining issues, so I want to see what they are like. Have u got another link I can go to...

I was quite impressed. I got the ceramics on top and metal on bottom, I was so impressed how particularly the ceramics looked. I was dying to show them off. I might add, Im a very self concsious person normally and I thought I was going to hate them. GO THE CERAMICS!!!

Just a little update on my toothie peg movement, I think its quite substantial. Look at my canine that is sitting right up in the gum and how far it has moved down in 12 days of braces.
