You are so right. I realized I was being insane flipping oit over what i looked like three weeks post surgery. I’m not even close to healed up yet.

Going to give daily photos a rest for a while and just focus on healing!

I'm just a lay person, but I agree it looks as if your top arch needed to be expanded a bit to fit over your under arch. Did they do any arch expansion? I'm at 19 days post surgery and also dealing with the disappointment of less than ideal results. Seems like few people get exactly what they wanted.

My lower jaw was also advanced 11, and I currently am completely numb in bottom lip and chin. Hasn't affected lip movement at all though. Have you practiced exercises or PT? I'm only 19 days out so too early to tell much.

That sounds awful . My bottom teeth also have more gum exposure due to being tilted inwards... Ugh I hope it just heals up -I can't say I know anything about it, though.
