When I smile my biggest, I can see 100% of my teeth. But I don't want to have to smile my biggest to do that.

I would not advise jaw surgery for a gummy smile unless your case is particularly extreme. I got it myself and highly regret it. Now I'm on a lengthy, expensive and uncertain journey toward revision.

Your midline is a teeny bit off center, maybe a millimeter. I did not notice until I re-read your post. This could be corrected with orthodontics. I wouldn’t see the need for jaw surgery. Frankly, it’s so imperceptible, I would

You look great, and I would think carefully about going under the knife, since the results are not always as perfect as we expect.
