I know this is a REALLY old post, but I'm looking for an answer to this same question. My upper hawleys does not wrap around all of my teeth. The end of it has managed to squeeze it's way between the last two teeth, causing a space!!! Has anyone else experienced anything like this???

As long as I can chew it without fear of breaking something, I'll eat it!!! My dentist doesn't care how much sugar I eat as long as I rinse my mouth with water afterward. If it is sticky or big enough to get caught in small spaces, I'd brush--given the braces. Eat up!!!!
