Trays off longer, or back on without cleaning?

Twenty-two hours/day is my goal, but I've been in business situations where it was not possible to remove trays, eat, brush, insert trays, then remove again for food. Is it better to leave trays off for 4-5 hours straight or put them back on without being able to rinse or brush?

Recommendations for cleaning products & routine

How long is your brush/cleaning routine with Invisalign?

I've had my fist two trays for five days, and I feel like I'm spending half my life brushing my teeth. First, I swish, then floss, then proxie-brush, then electric toothbrush, careful to brush every tooth individually, and take care of gums (have had recession). That process takes about 25 minutes t...

Re: How many attachments before you wish you had normal braces

I have 8 attachments (my dentist calls them buttons, but after looking at the video, I think I have attachments). They are uncomfortable when I chew and have made the inside of my mouth sore. They are also quite noticeable on the front teeth. I would have preferred full disclosure in the sales pitch...
