All I got was a list of stuff not to eat. :( My boyfriend got a little travel bag with: tooth brush (for braces) mouth mirror wax floss floss threaders a little christmas tree brush thingy Everyhting is green. He got to pick the color. I ended up buying a little bag at Walmart for $1.99 and I ordere...

I've had mine for about a week. Yes, there was no pain the day of install but the next 3-4 days after were sore.
