I am in Australia. Jaw surgery is for medical purpose, it can be done free of charge through Medicare (National Health System), however the wait list can be few years. I am going private, roughly its going to cost me $30,000 AUD for Surgery, Orthodontics, Anesthesia and hospital cost.

I dont think your mandibula is huge. People would kill for your look. Double jaw surgery is a game of gamble, you may end up with a better look, but also may end up botched with many complications. You already have a pretty good looking, the improvement wont be much, i dont think its worth the gamble.

Apparently IVRO is not that common nowadays, most of surgeons would choose SRRO over IVRO.
