My teeth do this too! It bothers me so much! What type of retainers do you use? I have an essix upper and bonded lower. I've heard others say they have this issue too but I'm not sure if the bite is supposed to shift like that. Seems to me like it shouldn't be happening.

I have the same issue with my clear retainer. I am especially worried since I have acid reflux. I plan to ask my orthodontist about it the next time I go in for a check up.

My essix also has a small hole in it, and my orthodontist told me it was fine when I asked him about it. As long as it's a small hole and not cracked I think it should be okay.
