Ah lucky! How much difference has there been 4 months down the line?

Is there a usual time you ask when your de-bracing date is? I'm only just a month in and my treatment is estimated at 16 mths (i know hahah) but I guess I could ask as early as 6 months like yourself? I

It's been quite a while since this post has been up - but I'm in the same boat as you! I'm estimated about 16 months and decided to have braces for aesthetic reasons. Good luck!

Hi Sarah, I've only just joined this forum and got my braces about a month ago. I hope you find the forum as useful and motivating as it has for me

Vaseline for me, always used it since I was younger and I still use it now

I had coffee a couple times since I got braces. I'd say to drink lots of water as others have said :)

I forgot which video I saw it in but its best to put on lip balm when you have your braces put on. I regretted not having them on since my mouth felt so dry.

21 years old! Started in August and had my first follow up today!
