Another newbie to braces in my 30's, I love reading blogs and other people's journeys.

As a nightshift nurse I unfortunately don't cope well without my coffee haha I have made sure I have water meanu so I alternate between them and try. It to leave it to long before brushing.

Mine a setting me back a little over $8,500 with my health fund covering $1,600. Exspensive but well worth the investment.

Will be interesting to see everyone's tips, I am still getting used to mine.

I am new to the brace life as well ( day 6) soft food are great aren't they I attempted pizza last night, it took me atleast 30 minutes to eat 2 slices!
Everyone responds differently to braces, I am sure things will improve very soon for you
