today i consulted a local orthodontist and i was diagnosed with a 1cm/10mm overjet, class II mallocusion and possible that my top jaw is significantly bigger than my bottom one. i was told that i either needed 4 extractions to fix my problems instead of 2 or otherwise my results would be uneven and...

i think if it feels abit off it might be the shape of your teeth instead of it being in a bad position - but if you are completely sure that it isn't either of those definitely go have a sit down with your orthodontist if possible and explain your worries about that tooth best of luck!
