I'm wearing elastics full time. And I change them after every meal, so 3 times a day. I think I'm going to run out before my next appointment. Do I change them too much? I feel like they lose their elasticity after a few hours. Thanks!!

So I've had my braces on for about 10 days and today I woke up and one of my teeth were hurting so much!! It was just one in particular, is this normal? Do you get one tooth that hurts or do all of them hurt at once?

For me it would have been an extra £800 !! So I didn't do it!

Yeah with me the pain definitely comes and goes.. Some days are so much worse, to be honest some hours are worse than others! I also get pain concentrated on my tooth so I guess it's normal!

I got mine a week ago today! And they've almost stopped hurting, as in, I can bite again! Congrats on getting your braces and here's to being able to eat again soon!

I've just got braces and I also have an over jet, one of the main reasons I got braces. My ortho said braces will definitely fix this and it will be by wearing elastics. Hope that helps!! Congrats
