wow...I actualy need this too...except my dr called it "sanding"....what does it really mean anyways? is this associated tot he front teeth? and is it sanding in between?

my ortho said 4-8 months for me....seems unusually short?? but at least another 8 months of retainer afterwards....and I'm only doing upper...maybe that is why?
