I got an X-ray today at the ortho, and it looks like I have wisdom teeth. Will I necessarily have to get them removed?

Anyone have advice on what they did to get their braces off faster? (like doubling up on rubber bands,etc?) I'm desperate to get them off!!!!

Just got my rubber bands today, and I don't know how to cope with them... the thought of changing them every time I eat (like at school) just scares me. Does anyone know how I can manage this?
