Colgate Enamel Health toothbrush and mouthwash. It tastes very pleasant, not harsh, no alcohol. I'm hoping to avoid any white spots.

Ladies, I also purchased a Waterpik on Amazon after reading this forum a few weeks before my bonding. It's the best thing EVER! My mouth feels so clean. Love, love, love it!

The only thing I have to offer are my thoughts and prayers. So sorry. I would def try to get to your doc for some help with the depression. Again, so sorry you are going through this.

Re: Newbie and wanting braces again

My Ortho said they didn't like to do ceramics on the bottom because they are harder than enamel. That being said, I know there are people on here who have lower ceramics. You may want to get second opinion.

Re: Excited but concerned about treatment and ortho after awful visit.

Sounds very bizarre and awful :? Indeed, you're forking over big money to have permanent changes made to your FACE. I'm not sure exactly what I would do but would definitely ask any/ all of your questions at your next appointment if not before by calling the office manager and voicing your concerns....

Thanks for the tip on the straw, I'll be shopping Amazon for one immediately. I only have one cup each morning but it's a MUST have morning cuppa! I think I will try the clear. It really IS the point of the ceramics afterall. Lol

Re: Brushing Habits

Someone posted some interesting info on all the different types of toothpastes and their ingredients the other day. It was informative on abrasives in different pastes. I'd say on average I brush 4 times, maybe more on some days. I have the same brackets, ceramic upper/ metal lower. I think as long ...

Re: Braces at age 39 - Advice Please!

Oh and about the TMJ, I have no idea... I know the Ortho corrected mine as an adolescent with rubber bands. So I "think" if something were to arise during your treatment they could address it. Don't be afraid to ask your Ortho about your concerns. In fact there's an Ortho on this site that...
