I use Act braces care with fluoride . It is blue. I have also used the regular Act fluoride mouth wash that was green and liked it just as much. I have heard that you defiantly want a fluoride mouth wash.

The water pik is incredible! I purchased mine a couple days before I had my braces put on and am so glad I did.
