I decided to wait for a few months before deciding if i need extraction.

But today i went to the ortho and instead of using thicker wire, he put another wire of the same thickness. Is this normal? Doubling the archwires? Two on top and two on bottom

I can understand not wanting extractions, but it seems like you would really benefit from it as you seem to have a little protrusion going on; but idk, maybe expansion or IPR could work also. I asked about teeth shaving but my ortho don't recommend it because my teeth are already quite small especi...

Isn't this the braces where they only prioritize to make your front teeth straight only (ignoring other issues such as overbite, underbite etc)

Sometime it can take longer than 2-3 months for final tuning from what i read. And maybe it just me but i think upper and lower teeth align at different rates

I just brushed them with normal tooth brush. But i use the angled method to brush between bracket. Then i finish with Listerine
