I've had my braces for 5 days and when I sleep I hit my top front teeth with my bottom teeth... I don't know if I ever did this before braces but I can feel when I do it now because it's a flash of bright pain and suddenly I'm awake. I had the worst sleep last night and my teeth are sore as a result...

This is a stupid question but I just got braces today and haven't told anyone about it.
