hello !!! How do you all cope with the pain from your molar bands after you've been told to where your elastics on or near your molar bands? It's been month with them and I have an appointment coming up soon! Just recently I've started to feel sentativity and pain coming from my two bottom molar ban...

You don't brush in the morning? Not even a light brush? I use a regular brush and brush lightly in the morning. I've thought about waterpik only but I didn't know what effects that would have?

Wax containers (with mirrors)
Proxy brushes
A chapstick
A bling coffee/water cup

A T-Shirt (would have got a $1 if I wore it out the office)
