Hi, I had an upper jaw surgery around 12 weeks ago to close an open bite, everything went fine, except now I have an overbite with crooked teeth in the front teeth in lower jaw due to using elastics to hold the upper jaw, at the start i thought it was okay because it wasn't that bad, but now my lowe...

I don't see that much of a difference in your nose to be honest, in fact it looks even better post your OP, so now i'm wondering if all the nose thing is in our head, or at least that what i'm hoping for.

Thanks for the comments everyone. I think i will probably go ahead with the surgery since i cant afford another insurance in future. I just wanted to ask, based on your experience how much you think an upper jaw surgery only will make changes to my face? just to get my expectation ready for post-op....
