Much better the last few days.

I had my Hawley replaced with an Essix after one week and find it way harder to take off and replace. That makes me feel they might hold teeth better. Otherwise, I prefer the Hawley so far.

Does anyone know if requires any special training or certification to do these?

I am closer to 60 than 16, and just got my second set of braces off. I had them just under 18 months, got a Hawley the day they came off, but orthodontist said he would make an Essix for me to pick up a week later, since he thought I'd like it better.
