Great progress! I am getting my IA in eight weeks when I'm done with my expander, and it is really motivating to read about your story.

I dont think it will be awkward, many people have braces. It is perfectly normal having braces at any time of your life, other people don't think about it.

I would continue the treatment, as your dentist probably knows what he is doing. I hope that you get your wanted end result!

Thank you for updating so much! I am currently just started my process, but I needed to wear an expander for 8 weeks first. It makes me really motivated to read your experience, and I wish you the best!

I keep it in for about 18 hours a day, less or more it all depends on what I am doing that day. On sundays I keep them in for 22 hours, I just take it out when eating. But if I am going out I might only have it in for only 15-16 hours a day.
