I don't know if it's a placebo affect, but when I truly floss (meaning not with a Waterpik or flossers; waxed floss into the gum between each tooth) my teeth reacts better.

Honestly can say I watched so many videos and read countless stories before my consultation that I literally knew what to expect.. my only question was how long the treatment will last.

At most 20 minutes once you get in the chair. Process requires a clean, a quick dry, glue application, bracket placement, curing, and finally ligatures and wire.
