I too am a coffee drinker! When (and if) you need powerchains, choose a darker color - lighter colors tend to stain more easily (lesson learned after I had a pale blue powerchain - never again!).

I went to my ortho for my first adjustment/tightening yesterday. He and all the assistants were very impressed with the progress of my teeth! I knew they were moving but I guess they've moved more than I thought. When I first got them on I remember staring at my teeth in the mirror and didn't notice...

I know in time I'll get more used to the feel of the brackets in my mouth, it's just been hard to get used to them. Right now they are just an annoyance, I wanted to rip them out yesterday! It's frustrating trying to figure out how to eat with them on : P
