Hi guys, about a month ago by orthodontist put me in 24 hour headgear wear. I may only take it out to eat so otherwise it must stay strapped around my head. Anybody else in full time headgear?

Class II is nothing, I suggest wearing them

As long as its not falling out it should be working fine. Mine was loose for months and didnt effect my time wearing it

I have had a face mask 24/7 for 2 months and never experienced that before. Possibly the elastics

Invisalign is the way to go

Invisalign is great and you will only get used to it. I am on 27/41 trays and 16 attachments so far. Elastics are a pain but even with braces you will need elastics

It is completely normal to feel pain when you first get your headgear. The more you wear it the less it hurts. I wear mine 24/7 with elastics and it now feels normal
