If you are reading this and thinking should I do it and take the plunge to get Adult braces I say go for it. Absolutely no regrets.

I think I'm getting fixed on bottom and Essix on top. He won't put permanent on top.

Have you got permanent retainers top and bottom. My ortho won't put permanent on top and he says I'll need to wear retainer initially 24/7 then at night for life arghhhh as I run the risk of my arches collapsing even further than they had pre braces.
