Re: Jem's belated story
Thank you for the update, so great to hear that retainer wear pays off!!
Do you perhaps have a picture of you wearing the new retainer? Long time ago you only posted the first/transparent one, I'm curious how the ''flesh'' coloured one looks while being worn
Have a great week!!

Re: Tongue Crib at 41
Hi!
Do you perhaps have any pictures of your treatment or the crib itself? from what you're describing it sounds very bulky and invasive.

Re: Retainer replacement after not wearing for many years?
Well over the next 2 weeks I have 5 consult appointments, I'll decide what to do after I know what my options are. I'm even going to see my original orthodontist and they still have my old records, lol. It feels like overkill to go through a full round of braces again just to fix some minor alignme...

What's your current treatment till the end? Just braces? or still have any expanders or elastics?

Re: tandem appliance?
Tandem appliance can't be used in adults, only on growing children/teens, so that sounds a bit strange that your ortho is considering it

Re: Am I still in crossbite after Lefort-1?
Sorry for asking for so many pics, but I'm just trying to understand your case better, do you have any with your elastic configuration on? :) And I understand what you mean, they can do a lot without surgery to change the way it looks now, but I would imagine if you went through with something as in...

Re: Am I still in crossbite after Lefort-1?
Interesting, I almost imagined a bigger difference for before and after, but there definitely is a difference! What is the treatment plan now? how will he fix the bite?

Re: Am I still in crossbite after Lefort-1?
I definitely think they could have expanded your jaw more so it would fit over, now it almost seems like you have edge to edge bite... Are you in any elastics? Also, do you have any other bit pics or before pics? just to get a better idea what the starting point was...
