Re: Does the Lisp Ever Go Away?

I'm pretty nervous about getting a lisp. Can I just pull my tongue back a bit when I talk?

Re: Change in facial features

During my first ortho consultation, the ortho told me my smile would be different (she said better). I'm still not sure what she meant.

Anyone have Nickel-Free braces?

One of the main reasons I was undecided about braces was my extreme allergy to nickel. The first ortho I saw said saliva would protect me from my nickel allergy. Re: Does this sound right to you? Dentist Office Says Cleanings While In Braces Not Covered By Insurance

Re: Week 1 - Unsure if I made a huge mistake!

Any updates on this? I'm getting attachments in a few weeks when I get my aligners.

Hoping for the best for you and that it's just the bonding element!

Anything I should buy ahead of time (before I start treatment)?

I've done a lot of research (A LOT...like an obsessed person  ) And I'm trying to figure out what I should buy ahead of time and what I should wait for. I'm thinking of purchasing one of the sonic cleaners and back-up Chewies. However, I'm going to a 1% Provider so I'm thinking they might give...
