I have the innovation clear top and bottom Oct 9th. Can see much movement yet. I think everyone is different and also depend on age .

Thanks Slimt305. Yes I didn't think that I would be getting braces at this age but I guest the end result is what I am most looking forward to.

Yes its so true that nobody notices,3 week in and none have noticed or if they have none have cared enough to mention it. I think as Adult with braces it not like teens with braces

Hi tinker, I am on my third week and still adjusting. I have a missing front tooth so its hard for me.

My Ortho told me to come in every 8 weeks for adjustment.

Having braces is a commitment and when they are on its with you 24/7 . Had mine put on 3 weeks ago and still getting used to it and my Ortho said the treatment will take 18 to 24 months and then I get implant done.

I got one lower taken out and my Ortho told me it will take 8 months or so to close the gap.

I cant see any movement as its only been 3 weeks .

Best to ask your Ortho as every case will differ .

As an Adult at 42, I was told by my Ortho that it will take 18 to 24 months. Hope it will will earlier as I want to get my implant done for my front tooth. Having a missing front with a temporary fake is not comfortable as it keeps moving every time I eat .

I am 42 and got mine 3 weeks ago. Had the same and was worried what people would say as I have a missing front tooth.

Luckily my ortho put a fake tooth and attached it to a bracket with metal ties. Only issue is the initial wire is small so I have to be careful as it moves when I eat. :-(
