I drink my coffee, tea and red wine with a straw. It really saves my ligatures from staining. I have the clear ligs with radiance clear brackets and I haven't had a problem. Hope this helps.

Wow, your smile is looking great! I am 5 days in to my braces journey and it hasn't been too bad so far. I am also older (43) and was nervous to get my braces but am glad I finally did. I also chose the radiance brackets.
