I can't wait for mine to go on. It's hard to see how I'm going to cope without being able to eat normal food though as I'm underweight at the moment, I can't afford to lose weight! Thinking of buying protein shakes haha.

Your best bet would be to ask the orthodontist about your profile. If they aren't very informative you should probably get another opinion. A good orthodontist will give you all the details and it will help you make an informed decision about what you want and how to achieve it

I wish my mum had gotten me braces as a kid, and coming from the UK she has no excuse why she couldn't. It's free on the NHS! So here I am 32 years old finally getting them done at nearly 4k cost.
