Don't let this hold you back from getting braces. My teeth were so sore for the first 5 days after getting braces on but I just had plenty of soups and ice cream (there is quite a lot of high calorie liquid food if you are worried about losing weight). but it is so satisfying seeing the first change...

I've had the falling out teeth ones a lot of times. Now that I'm in braces I've had a few whee the brackets have fallen off. Just normal worries rising to the surface in my dreams I guess.

I think I brushed too much at the start and I'm worried that I caused a bit of enamel erosion. I was just so paranoid of ending up with cavities after brace removal.

I always wait half an hour after eating lunch and dinner and might switch to brushing before breakfast.

Interdental brushes are great as it can be hard to remove food from brackets even with a tooth brush. I find if I chew at the back of my mouth that nothing gets stuck in the brackets at the front where it is noticeable

My brackets are very close to my gums on my molars. Its quite hard to clean some of them.
My appointments are every 2 months also and I have damon braces.
