I always take 800mg of ibuprofen 1/2 hour before my adjustment/ wire changes I think it helps...

Sooooo normal!! Happens to me the entire time I've been in braces not debilitating just sore and it means there moving!! So I just try to remind myself as long as I can feel changes I'm getting my money's worth Bahahaha

I use waterpik at home and portable stays in my purse lol
