Had it with the braces...have it worse with the retainer! Fortunately, I drink a lot of water anyway. It's still worth it!

I absolutely could not floss with my braces on as there simply wasn't enough space...my teeth are the only small things about me! lol... However, I water pikked, used an electric toothbrush (carefully) and used mouthwash at least once a day and my dental hygiene has been fine all along. Check with y...

I really couldn't get on with flossing with the braces on but the Waterpik did a fine job for me, according to my dentist!

I'm in teal right now but have my first appt Feb 1st ... Going for hot pink for Valentine's Day then the next month either green and white or green and yellow for St. Pattys day. Figure if I'm going to have these bad boys on for a while I'm going to rock out with some fun colors!! I am soooo jealou...

Somebody had quite dainty looking silver wires with pale blue...it was soooo pretty!
