Even though I am hungry, it just seems to be to much trouble, so I end up skipping it. Plus, I only have 30 minutes for lunch, so I have to eat smaller portions, since it takes me longer to eat.

But losing weight is a good thing!

Hi, Marco, I agree with reading old posts. I learned alot, which helped me feel better about my decision. I am 49, and just got top braces yesterday. So far, it has just felt alittle funny, and I feel a dull ache in my front teeth, that Advel has taken care of. Just take it one day at a time. Karri
