These are the invisible braces so it's not externally. Yes you will face some difficulties in the beginning but i am sure this will overcome in some days of practice. You will also face some difficulties in swallowing.

You feel few complication, like Your gums may feel a bit sore when you first wear the trays, but that discomfort is generally temporary. I don't think it is most painful.

The cost of lingual braces range are $8000 - 10000. Prices may varies according to your geographic region, Orthodentist in rural area are less expensive then the larger cities.

According to me doctor A is better then Doctor B because doctor A uses itero scan which is much better then mold impressions.

Yes it is enough if you don't have time. But at that moment you have salt mixed it with water then rinse the water. It is more beneficial.
