I am scheduled for LeFort I, BSSO, and genio for the same issues. My surgery date is March 4th. I can't believe it is less than a week away! I'm getting pretty nervous about it. It seems like yesterday that it was a year away.

Thank you for the recommendation sarpevivictim. I think I will try to schedule a consultation with her. I also heard about another surgeon with Kaiser named Randal Schoeman, so I was wondering if anyone has any experience with this doctor? He is at the Anaheim Kaiser.

Does anyone know some good alternatives to genioplasty to alleviate lip incompetence? I thought maxillary impaction or sliding genioplasty were the only options for it. Leon, Hope you are happier now with the results of your genioplasty.

Can anyone recommend a good surgeon with Kaiser in California? Preferably in Southern California but I found out today I could also go to a Northern California Kaiser doctor. I would like to stay with Kaiser because I will just have to pay a small copay for the surgery, but I am considering changing...
