I really want to try oil pulling. But 15 minutes? That sounds like forever. My jaw is sore (last appointment was 10 days ago, maybe that's why) and I'm cringing at the thought of it

-Floss threaders
-Wax
-Orthodontic toothbrush
-Interdental brush (yet to use it, I don't care for them)
-T-shirt (if I wear it to my visits, I get extra "orthobucks" to spend on cool things like toys or a chance to meet One Direction! Haha, the joys of being an adult with braces....)

Good choice! I have had metal too for about 10 months now. It's freeing to not worry about staining from food and drink. Not sure about you, but I just can't give up my coffee.

Every 8 weeks. I'm jealous of you with 4-week visits! I feel like that would make my treatment go by so much faster.
