And I got my second extraction yesterday , it went fine and my ortho strated pushing my teeth after extraction immediately.

My First extraction I had my first extraction on 19 oct. , my upper right first premolar . well it wasn't that painful as i expected . i feel good after 3 days of extraction though i was so worried to get an infection . i also feel that my upper lip feel more relaxed over my right teeth . And here is my update , today I had my appointment I was supposed to have my upper premolar extraction but instead I only changed my lower wire , I put the rectangular one .
My next visit will be within three weeks

I have gummy smile too but i dont think it is caused by braces. My ortho said I my correct my gummy smile by inserting 2 mini screws (Tad) to pull my uppe arch.Most likely I will leave it without correcting my gummy smile, I am not sure if i can survive with 2 mini screws in my mouth :roll: . Haha ...
