and heres the "sore line" ????? no idea what it is

Hi guys, Can now post pics, had some trouble with my upper expander of late. Seems to have made a hard line on my palate. Have a look in pics :) When i push the little ball thingy thats next to the line it hurts alot?? not 100% sure whats going on. I've done approx 8 turns now, don't think I see any...

Hi Guys, quick question, Unless it's my imagination and I've never noticed before, but it seems I now have a prominent ridge in my upper palate, that looks quite red.
Is this normal with a removable palate expander?? is it new bone growth??

Quick question regarding a removable expander.
How do you know whether it's actually moving the jaw and not just the teeth? Are there any obvious signs, Just a little paranoid.

Welcome and well done :D I just joined today.
Just started my expander too, It's not very comfy but will admit it's becoming more and more unnoticeable. I have the removable sort which is really good in terms of cleaning etc etc
