yeah...as uncomfortable as the braces are themselves, extractions are the worst part as far as im concerned. its terrible having these big gaps in your teeth. i feel so okified sometimes

ha ha, it literally took me 20 mins the first time. i thought ok this is just about ridiculous! now about a month later im getting pretty good, maybe about five mins or so. man, i have to every night or its like i can taste the left over food decaying in my mouth...ewwww

damn... the shockdoctor is for tops only, dosnt cover the bottoms too bad it fits the tops perfect, it just needs a second channel on the bottom... whats up with the fused retainer, that would suck... i hope i dont need one.
